About me....this is hard! Well, I like to keep fit, jogging, dancing, various forms of exercise dvd torture, I love it all. I like being with friends, laughing at ourselves and the world. I really enjoy films, usually foreign language. I like reading, I'm struggling with War and Peace at the moment (Tolstoy is a great writer and a huge bore in equal measure). I like fashion, I suppose I'm a bit of a girly girl, but equally up for adventures and I don't need to bring a hairdryer. Just a bar of soap. Possibly also a toothbrush. I'm an animal lover, partly because they look cute and feel nice to stroke, but also their innocence. And they know how to relax. A friend put up a picture on facebook of 20 cats being fed in a kitchen and said this reminded her of me, which is worrying. Hopefully there are not 20 cats in my future.
I love being out in nature, long walks. Smiles from strangers. Spontaneity. I like the 3000 mega watt blast of sunshine-infused smile from the girl who sits opposite me at work every morning. And I like old people, particularly when they get out their sandwiches in the interval at the Royal Opera House.
