I try to keep fit, I do actually enjoy going to the gym but mostly for the yoga.

Do love London but my heart remains on the Suffolk coast where I am renovating a little house and spend much of my time. The pace of life is so slow, the air is fresh and the sky so big.
I would really love to meet someone to work through the bucket list with. I’m blessed with lots of free time and would be open to slightly longer trips overseas. Wintering somewhere warm - yes please.
