About her
I always hoped that I would meet my ideal man through some social situation - and once or twice I thought I had succeeded. But my busy work life over the last few years has meant I've had to think again!
I have a broad range of interests - I've travelled a lot for work, so have been lucky enough to see many interesting places. I love exploring new cities - historic old towns, galleries, cafes, and watching the sun set over wonderful landscapes. I love to learn so am always in the middle of some online training course. I read all the time and I am trying to write a novel - finally making some progress, I hope!
I love eating good food in great restaurants with friends. I enjoy cooking but I wouldn't claim to be particularly skilled in that department so would love to meet someone who is a whizz in the kitchen! Luckily I also enjoy sports (participating and watching) and keeping fit, and particularly enjoy skiing, cycling and running (though my motivation for running seems to be directly correlated with the weather).
I am independent and I'm comfortable in my own company - most of the time. But I do miss the closeness of a partner to talk to, explore with and share the ups and downs of life.

Someone who is curious, confident, good fun, educated in life, enjoys conversation and is comfortable in their own skin. Similar interests to my own would be helpful. I'd really like to meet a good cook who loves being in his fabulous kitchen - I'm happy to test out new recipes! Definitely looking for a glass half full guy, who is optimistic and has interesting thoughts and opinions to share.
I split my time between the Cambridge area and Edinburgh, so interested to meet people in either area.
