About her
Having recently retired I now have the time to spend doing the things that I have always wanted to do; however it would be so much more fun with someone at my side.
I love travelling to far flung places off the beaten track, as well as nice long country walks at home, and going on city breaks. I am romantic and affectionate and love spending time with the people I care for. I have an eclectic taste in music, which is usually playing in the background or in the car. I enjoy going to concerts as well as visiting art galleries etc. It would be so nice to meet someone with whom I could share time exploring new pursuits and adventures.. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle going to the gym two or three times a week and a long walk on a Sunday is always enjoyable, especially if there is lunch on the agenda too.

It would be lovely if you have a zest for life, definitely not ready for your pipe and slippers but like me wants to see what the world has to offer. A good sense of humour is essential, as well as being kind and thoughtful and a little bit naughty at times; being romantic would be lovely!
A love of music, not necessarily classical, is a real plus as I usually have something playing either at home or in the car. If you can cook or at least willing to try that would be brilliant - we could see what we could concoct together.
Looking for someone who enjoys doing their own thing, but who also looks forward to spending time together, maybe having days out or weekends away, or even better further afield.
