I am energetic, honest and full of life. I like connection in all forms, intimacy, music, the outdoors and feeling healthy.
I have a positive outlook on life with a desire to make sure I live every moment to the full. I have a thirst for knowledge and love adventures (be they big or small!).
To me, life is all about experiencing those magic moments, that make the rest of it worth while. These can be as simple as sharing a joke with one of my girls (I have 3), listening to my favourite piece of music, laughing through a delicious meal with friends or experiencing a breath taking view at the top of a mountain.
I am lucky enough to spend my time doing things I am passionate about - a Governor at a school, a Trustee at a hospital, helping out on the sports field and I am training to be a Samaritan. I also spend my time playing the piano, walking my dog, connecting with my friends, laughing over drinks, reading, listening to radio 4, keeping fit, skiing, mountain walking, singing (in a choir, in the kitchen, in the bath!), wandering around London, going to gigs, the cinema, the theatre and loving my family.
I can do small talk, but I feed off quality connection, be it with my girls, my friends or my partner. Give me a good discussion on current affairs, science, the latest production or an emotional issue and I come alive.
