About him
My lack of culinary skills will stun you. However I am otherwise house trained, and am fully aware of which end of the vacuum cleaner does what. So I am not looking for a housekeeper.
However I am a gent, and know how to behave, both online and in real-life! The lady does not pay for the evening out, TOR Number One!
Well spoken, well educated, well mannered; don't let the boat thing give you the impression that I am some rough Uncle Albert type!
I have run my own business for 29+ years; I am never going to retire to the Amazon on the proceeds, but think I have got the hang of it now! This does mean that, during the Summer, time off is very precious - so I should be doing something productive with a like minded lady, not just catching up on the ironing (note to reader, I do my own ironing!).
Initially I am looking for a dinner/theatre/museum companion; Dinners in the city, or just a spaghetti at a local, I eat out most evenings and its getting dull doing it all alone, if you have an interest in boats and/or rowing, that would be a huge move in the right direction!
I am attached, but my partner lives some distance away, so please be clear that it is a dinner companion I seek, nothing more.
I am looking to expand my "off duty" time to new areas. I already help run the local theatre in my own little way (don't perform, far too complex for me), I'd like to use my driving skills in the horsey world - I have worked on worse yachts than some of those elegant horse boxes.
