I'm easy going, friendly, optimistic, independent and confident, but fairly quiet. widowed 7 years ago, I miss a man's take on life and having a man to talk to and share with. someone to have a laugh and some fun with; share outings and perhaps holidays.
I like to cook and enjoy eating out - all kinds of food.
One of my regular pleasures is a CBSO concert at the Symphony Hall - the Opera or the Ballet is a rarer pleasure!
I occasionally go to the theatre. I like to drive and love Scotland especially the Isle of Mull and I'd love to know more of the Western Isles. Love the opportunity to dress up for a meal and a show on a cruise.
I like to read, knit, paint and sew and I also enjoy a murder mystery or a good drama on TV.
I go to yoga and aquarobics less often than I would like [or should!] but I work part time and I love to be involved with my grown up daughters and their lives!
I'm very active in my local church and care about our environment and the world we live in
I get pleasure in gardening, wildlife watching and I have a cocker spaniel who enjoys a good daily walk in one of the local green spaces.
