This is usually the bit that I find a bit difficult to write and has me cringing a bit inside as I do it! Anyway, here goes ..... I'd like to think my friends would describe me as a decent bloke - honest, friendly, loyal and caring. And hopefully a wee bit daft as well (well, being entirely grown up is never that much fun ;-)) I like spending time in the company of my friends as well as relaxing with a good book or film. Whilst I like the bright lights of the city, I'm not the biggest fan of clubs or raucous bars anymore; a decent pub with some atmosphere suits me just fine.

Having written how I'd hope my mates would describe me above, I'd be looking for similar qualities in my other half - decency, intelligence, a caring nature and someone who can laugh at life as much as I tend to! I also don't tend to play on where I work, what I've done in my life etc., so I'd prefer to spend time with someone who is also similarly self-deprecating. I'm a fan of travelling where and when I can so it would be great if I could have someone to share that with.
