I'm honest and loyal, caring and compassionate, and like to live life to the full. Like a number of people I am on here because life has thrown some major hurdles my way however I've now regrouped and am ready to move forward.
I love the outdoors and enjoy long walks, stopping at the occasional country pub to refuel! I enjoy reading, and have an eclectic taste in music. I also enjoy cookery, especially trying out new healthy recipes.
I have two beautiful children who are now independent, so I have time to invest in other activities and relationships. My work life keeps me busy and keeps my brain sharp (!) but I like to make the most of my time off too. I am open minded and dislike discrimination in any form.

Someone who shares the same interests as me. Intelligent and hard working, but someone who enjoys life and makes the most of opportunities to broaden their knowledge and experiences. Looks are not important to me as I am drawn to an attractive and kind personality. As I am tall (5'8) I'd ideally like to meet a man who is taller than me, but this not something which is too important.
For me a deal breaker is a closed mind; prejudice of any kind will not wash with me.
