About her
Although very outgoing, I never make the time to do all those things I like to do - like attend a classical music concert or visit the theatre. I am seeking that special someone who can 'grab the moment' to decide that it would be good to do something together.
I have finally retired from the hospitality trade. Life is therefore very different - but 'empty'!! But being a glass half-full type of person, maybe you can fill the rest of the glass for me when we meet?
I am describe by others as being intelligent, attractive and generally a happy person - although very sensitive to others and therefore tears come easily when upset by them or an unpleasant situation. I am happy playing cards or board games when indoors and would love to share outings to the theatre, romantic dinners and weekend breaks.
Currently my spare time is taken playing flat green bowls in the summer and indoors in the winter. I do like going for a swim and am now (since lock down) trying to go once a week. I am not much of a couch potato and rarely watch TV, but it would be great to perhaps go and see a film with someone.
I have also taken up playing percussion again and have joined the local community orchestra. However, this is just something to pass my time - would you like to fill that gap instead?!!

I would love to meet someone who interests me and who is interested in me. For some time now, I've been without a real soul mate and I need to get that back. Ideally someone who is reasonably attractive (I just love a guy in his DJ!) and has pride in what they look like and how they present themselves.
Someone who is a thinker and has something to say - without being overbearing and self-centred. Someone who cares but also likes to be cared for. Someone who likes the good things that life can bring without craving them and walking over people to get them. Someone who can laugh a lot, and also make me laugh. A slightly wicked sense of humour and outlook is a must for me.
Ideally you will be someone with a similar classical music taste who has a flexible timetable that can fit in with my bowls commitments! Being somewhat of a tactile person myself I would hope that you would be happy to at least hold hands in public!!
But hey, life is for living and maybe I need to think outside the box and meet someone totally different, where sparks fly and a good time is had by both. The question is, will you be that person?
Deal breakers? Well so long as you do not want to sit in and watch TV every night then we might have a chance together, but anyone who considers that to be the only way to spend every evening (OK, occasionally is fine!) need not bother contacting me. Otherwise, I also won't tolerate smokers or anyone with tattoos or any form of body art/disfigurement.
I would hope our relationship would be intimate and tactile with a willingness to be open minded and honest with one another.
