About him
My friends would describe me as caring, passionate, creative, in fact they would say a lot of good things which I sincerely appreciate and value. I care about the world but know that to change the world we have to constantly change ourselves. In that vain, I am constantly learning about balancing, pacing progress, slowing down and having quality time with family, friends and self.
In my spare time I do things I could do all day long, that I have to switch off from during work, or which I actually do during breaks so I can concentrate better. I play Capoeira amongst other martial arts or sports to relax, listen to stuff I wish I was more familiar with on Classic FM and Spotify (bit of an ignoramous when it comes to music), watch films, read.
My outlook on life is to focus on the good, that the world is full of wonderful people that want the same - a better world to leave to the next generation. The word Namaste roughly translated means I greet in you, that which is equal to me. All living things are soul mates. ;-)
