About her
I was brought up in Devon, moved to London after completing my education, went to Surrey after marriage followed by seven years in the USA and then back to Hampshire for 22 years . This was followed by a move to Essex for 6 months after which I spent 4 years in Hong Kong. Now back in Essex temporarily and then who knows.....
Otherwise I'm a woman of many parts, experiences and interests. Life is for living, the good and the bad and I do. I have a positive outlook and determination and am also adaptable and caring with much affection to give.
Laughter and humor are important to me as well as time spent discussing the profound, the philosophical and, dare I say it, politics/current affairs. Good conversation, food and wine in good company or with that special person are important ingredients for a quality relationship.
Having spent so much time travelling and living overseas, I've learned much about people and cultures and would love to share my sense of adventure with a like-minded gentleman but value quiet time very much too.
I enjoy the cultural and simple activities including walking, cycling, nature and gardening and I like to cook. I've done a bit of sailing, love being by the sea. Sharing these with someone is so much better than alone. Also I like to dress well for the smart occasion as well as doing the casual thing.
My three children are very important to me, two of whom are currently living overseas.
I've lots of energy, caring and love to give and want to be friend, companion, confidant and lover to the man of my affections.
