About her
I'm separated and am looking for someone quiet, relaxed and kind who enjoys music. I play the flute but am unpretentious about music or art.
I'm not particularly academic but I'm not dim by any means. I'm more the practical and arty type of person. I'm an illustrator by profession and when not at work like to draw in pastels or do etching. I enjoy gardening and walking although I'm not terribly fit. I don't watch much TV and hate soaps! I listen to the radio a lot instead.
I hope I am humble and try to see the good in people. I am trusting and patient and extremely honest. I believe that everyone is equal and I hate bullies and I will often stand up to them which can get me into trouble!
I love animals and wildlife and have a couple of very friendly cats. I hate killing anything, even snails in the garden are rehomed! I don't have any mercy with mosquitoes though as they love to bite me!
I am a logical, practical person but I am also a romantic and a dreamer. I'm not a complicated person and what you see is what you get. I am inquisitive and like to learn and experience new things. Ah yes and I used to be in a morris team...in fact several over the years...there that's out of the way now!! Like saying you go to AA!!
Oh dear there are as lot of 'I's' there, wouldn't make a good c.v., not so good here either really...oh well...its a start...perhaps I can improve on it later!!

I would like to meet someone who is genuine, honest and kind. Who likes to be with people and can go with the flow, but who doesn't seek to be the centre of attention. Someone who is quiet but sociable, who loves music and the arts (but isn't pretentious), preferably plays an instrument. Someone who isnt too materialistic and sees the value of other things, relationships and experiences. Preferably someone who has friends and hobbies, who doesn't watch TV all night! Maybe likes the outdoors, walking and gardening. And most importantly is relaxed, friendly and can make me laugh! Oh and who likes cats, not dogs!
