Classic, vintage 1954 model, built in Romford but garaged in north Essex since 1969
Silver grey soft top, 70 on the clock but has been said to look like a later model. Robust construction, built for comfort, not for ultimate speed. Engine sound; sweet tick-over and revs willingly. Bodywork in good condition with only a few minor bumps and scrapes. All original accessories present and only one replacement part. Regularly serviced and maintained. Runs well on any grade of fuel but noticeably better on 5 star. Recent MoT, passed with no ‘advisories’. Totally reliable, always starts first time but needs a lot of lubrication. Extremely low maintenance and economical to run.
One previous owner, this desirable, low emission - no smoke - quiet runner has been in storage for a few years but is now ready for a new keeper and perhaps re-garaging.
As may be expected from a classic such as this, gentle handling and TLC will be amply rewarded.
