About her
I'm a glass half-full person. I have been lucky to have travelled both in the UK and abroad but I have so many places still to see. I would like to meet someone who shares my optimistic outlook on life and enjoys new experiences.
I enjoy going to the theatre and cinema. I'm pretty healthy and would describe myself as a fair weather walker and gardener. I've just booked some golf lessons having never played before.
Singing in my local choir gives me a lot of pleasure. I belong to my local U3A and currently belong to the reading, walking and philharmonic groups. Since the death of my husband two years ago I have been on some holidays and visits with the social group. I am a National Trust and Wildlife and Wetlands member.
My family is very important to me, having lost one son to cancer in 2013. I see my 2 grandchildren regularly.
