There is no way I am 69 it was only last week I celebrated my 30th birthday!! I am very active playing golf, tennis, badminton swim and walking extensively. I still dabble with my own successful business but now only a few hours a week. I have and always have been happy with my glass always being half full. I have travelled extensively and continue to do so.
