Hello! I've recently moved to Wiltshire after over a decade in London and am looking to get to know the area better - perhaps you can help? :)
A bit about me: I've always loved to travel and have been to some amazing places, such as New Zealand, Nepal, Africa, Jordan etc. I love the excitement of visiting somewhere new, and getting to do things you wouldn't do normally - like a sky dive, or seeing Petra, or even climbing Mount Kenya! Having studied languages at uni, I'm also very happy to get a chance to use my French or Russian.
At the same time, I love the countryside, and although I spent years in the city and loved being able to get to the theatre, concerts, and trying out new restaurants, it's so nice to be able to walk the dog in the fields nearby now, explore the local area, and sample the offerings from the local pubs (when they're open!).
Spending time with family and friends is important to me, whether that's at home, on holiday or over a good glass of red. (Having spent lots of time in France, I appreciate good food and wine!) I also enjoy playing the clarinet and singing, concerts, theatre, photography, badminton, a good book, and the list goes on...
