I'm optimistic, enthusiastic, interested in people, the arts and more than anything I love long walks with my dog. Music is very important to me, mostly classical and opera. My favourite opera is Eugene One like to entertain friends and family in my thatched Devon cottage. I'm fairly well read - Anna Karenina having been my favourite since I first read it aged 18. I care about the underdog whilst recognising that I've lead a privileged life. I like good coffee - a lot!
