About her
I love being with positive company and sharing my time with good friends. My outlook on life is optimistic, enthusiastic and ambitious. Life is great and anything is possible if it is realistic and you want it enough! I enjoyed being a trainer and helping others to reach their goals and I am still in awe of really good trainers when I see them at work. I love an outside type of life - my garden, walking in the countryside, being wind swept and invigorated by the outdoors, swimming and generally challenging myself to remain fit and active in my retirement. I took up Nordic walking to be outside with a group to enjoy the countryside walking for health without being alone.
I read a lot, write a lot, drive a lot. I was co-driver on a charity trip to the Ukraine in April 2012 - trailers were loaded with goods for an orphanage - 3500 round trip and it was an adventure as well as a challenge.
I love being with friends and with my son and his friends, going to shows, eating out, doing DIY (with someone to work alongside) and generally turning my hand to whatever needs to be done.

I am light hearted and I am looking for a good sharing friendship. I like to be part of team and to share the fun and the challenges. I enjoy holidays at home and abroad - my first ever cruise is coming up and I am looking for lots of different experiences there. I loved dancing years ago and the popular music of the 60s, 70s and 80s still gets me hopping about in the kitchen with 'my dancing shoes on'
