About him
Before you read any further I have met a lady with whom I get on very well, and we have made arrangements for further meetings. It's early days as yet but I won't be on-line again for a while until I see how the relationship pans out. Thank you for your interest, and I wish you all the very best of luck. I am an extremely "laid back" personality with a good sense of humour. Definitely a "Glass half full" person - seldom "ruffled" by anything! I enjoy many types of music from classical to Welsh male voice choirs to C & W! I enjoy eating out and will readily "sample" different "cuisines", but my stock favourites are traditional English (particularly a sirloin steak with all the trimmings!). I am a countryside person rather than a "townie"- I enjoy short or longer trips away exploring different parts of the country, but I also enjoy wandering around an old market town (or whatever). I enjoy walks in the country and bird watching (mainly feathered!), and I very much enjoy visiting National Trust properties. I have a full, active and varied life, including voluntary work, walking, bridge, gardening, etc, and I am fortunate to have a wonderful supportive family (albeit sometimes a wee bit too supportive!), The only thing missing is an intelligent, attractive, feisty lady to put a spark back into my life! I live in hope!?!

Caring, patient, tolerant, & good company- a good sense of humour is essential! Hopefully with an adventurous spirit and creative flair which are qualities probably somewhat lacking in myself! A kind personality is very much more important than "looks"! I am seeking "companionship" in its fullest sense- it would be great to have someone "special" to do things with (and more importantly to do things for!) once again, but a lot of small steps initially while getting to know one another!
