I have a great job working on a scientific research ship usually in exotic locations but sometimes alongside in Southampton.
Im away for upto 9 weeks at a time but then I get to be on holiday for 8 weeks.
I currently live in Edinburgh where I went to uni but Im actually a southerner and could relocate south. Im also in Southampton a fair bit onboard the ship.
I like playing piano to relax after work. I have a digital piano onboard.
When Im back on land I like to be outdoors. Ive tried windsurfing, sailing and canoeing in the past but walking or cycling in the countryside is good too. I like to go skiing in the winter.
Id like to go travelling more in my time off so Im looking for a kindred spirit.
Im a big fan of the Soutj West coast and could see myself moving that way for sailing in the river estuaries or sea kayaking.
