I am the forever optimist, and a glass half full person. Always smiling, always calm, and always happy. Life’s too short for anything else I have realised.
I have a growing dislike of negative people and those who always find a reason not to do something.

I love being outside whether walking or cycling. Road biking or mountain biking in the Alps.
Enjoy travel, good food and good wine, although the former is a little limited at the moment !
