I am a very energetic and committed person with wide interests in music, art, tennis, bridge, cooking, reading, walking and, of course, my family. I am fun, optimistic and enjoy life, despite its set backs. I have a sense of humour. I enjoy calm and peaceful surroundings and the countryside, but I also enjoy visiting towns and cities and what they have to offer. I am a good listener and have a reputation for being supportive to my family and friends. Although I am independent and lead a very full life, it would be great to find companionship again with someone as my husband died six years ago.

The kind of person whose company I would enjoy would be intelligent and energetic, more interested in visiting an art gallery or going to a concert than having a drink in a pub!
