About her
I am a glass half empty person trying to change to the half full variety! I enjoy a good, hearty laugh at both the world and myself. I like WYSIWYG people, with no edges. I have a wide musical taste and listen to early medieval music (Hildegard von Bingen, for example), baroque, Debussy, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Borodin, as well 20th & 21st Century classical music such as Vaughan Williams, Finzi ('Eclogue' being a real favourite), Prokofiev, Rimsky-Korsakov, and who doesn't like a Gershwin tune?! I am a keen walker, but equally enjoy reading - have just finished re-reading " Call the Midwife", which I originally purchased back in 2005, and thought at the time what good material it would be for tv - should have called the beeb! Yet another missed opportunity, so I am determined not to miss any more!
