About him
My name is Norman and I live in Stirling. I'm semi-retired and hoping to meet someone special, to enjoy and embrace the finer things in life together. I am uncomplicated, loyal, loving, romantic and tactile, and like to dress well for both myself and partner.
I enjoy golf, which I play at St Andrews three or four times a month. I like walking in the countryside and along beaches, especially with that ONE special lady, enjoying a laugh, good conversation and the togetherness. I dance and can do most dances, the waltz, quickstep, foxtrot, jive and the Scottish dances, and keep myself fit by going to the gym. I also enjoy spending time with my family, visiting them and they coming to me, and doing family things.
My other hobbies include my classic car, the theatre. My taste in music is almost everything. I love the theatre and have sung in The Kings Theatre Glasgow, with the Glasgow Lyric Club musicals and light opera, hence I enjoy live concerts and jazz. Weekend breaks on The West Coast of Scotland or The Lake District I do two or three times a year, then off abroad for the sun and take in the various cultures and local cuisine, doing a bit of exploring and having a wee adventure. Some of my other interests include galleries, museums and outdoor country shows, like The Scottish Country Game Fair at Scone Palace and similar.
I do occasional work for The Law Society of Scotland, and assist with The Adult Learning Centre, numeracy and literacy.

My ideal partner would be caring, loving, romantic, fit and active, interested in outdoor pursuits, independent and a non smoker. Ultimately, seeking a long term relationship, with ONE SPECIAL lady, but not necessary a marriage.
