About her
So here's me and apparently people make an immediate judgment on a profile within the first sentence so, rather non-grammatically, this is the longest sentence (with semi-colons) ever; I'm 37 and have had sufficient life experience to make me wise, to know what I want out of life and out of a relationship - it was a long, hard lesson to learn but I'm happy whether in or out of a relationship. Phew!!! (like I said... Long sentence).
I love life, even when it pees down on me! I row, swim competitively and have just taken up sea-swimming / wild swimming - bit of a difference from the pool! I play my flute in a folk band and in a Morris team (don't laugh - it's a very young team and actually the dancers are totally impressive!). My ex introduced me to rock climbing though I'm still novice.
I work part time as a lecturer and I work hard but there's always time for getting to know people so please drop me a line... you never know where it might lead :-)
I have a great, fulfilling and happy life; I'm happy in my own skin and with the concept of being single but it would be nice to share my happiness with the right person.

I'm looking for someone who doesn't delve in too quickly in a relationship. But by the same token they should have the maturity and trust to be open about feelings.
I enjoy rock climbing, open water swimming, rowing and walking outdoors and would really like to meet someone with similar interests. Also someone who has a faith and who enjoys music would be a great bonus!
Trust, honesty, not afraid to share feelings, strong enough to say when something is wrong, articulate emotionally are all deal breakers!
