Happy optimist seeks soulmate, happy ever after would be wonderful! I'm affectionate, intelligent and sociable, love dancing and going to beautiful places. My family is important to me, but my boys are grown and flown, so it's the right time for me to enjoy my freedom and find the right man.
I suppose I'm arty..I enjoy galleries, museums, theatre of all kinds, art house films and some mainstream ...Paddington was a new classic!? The last film I saw was Manchester by the Sea...a hard watch, but a very good film. Love the old classics from Mildred Pierce to Goodfellas.
I read, watch some TV (Scandi noir at the moment, but it may have had it's day......)
I'm not madly sporty, but I'm fit and I enjoy exercise, I do circuits regularly for health and fitness, mainly...they are a bit boring! I run, sometimes do Parkrun, and I've dabbled with Thai boxing, which I enjoyed. I have a bike... but it has a wicker basket on the front, tells you all you need to know! No problem with sporty guys though!
My ideal day with a partner would start with a lovely breakfast, a mooch around a gallery or an antiques market, maybe a film in the afternoon...or a cosy day lazing around in pyjamas with the Sunday papers and lots of coffee, maybe a walk too.
Holidays? I love Paris! I want to go back to Florence! I've never been to New York! I'd love to go to Japan. I like to get to know an area when I'm there, and I like some down time to relax too.
