I'd like to think my friends would describe me as being perfect, but this is doubtful. However, I am warm and friendly with a kind and gentle nature - but not a softie either. Having lived and worked in Zambia as secretary for eight years in my 20's, and then retired to France more recently for 10 years until returning three years ago, I do enjoy travel, but am also enjoying living back in the UK. I'm happy living alone, but would love to share happy times with the right man, to travel perhaps, wine and dine, go for walks in the country, theatre or cinema. My ideal match probably doesn't exist! But I would like honesty above all, and respect. A man who isn't political but lives for today and enjoys a laugh would be nice. At my age now I just want to enjoy life with no pressure, stress or worries. Initially I'd like to meet a man who is good company, but would hope that some romance would develop later. Is that too much to ask?
