Bonjour and welcome to my profile,
Not too sure how to best describe myself but I believe that I am a nice gentleman who is appreciated by his friends and colleagues and who is longing to make a woman happy.
I like this life a lot (and I get the irony of it as well). I focus on its good bits and want to travel the world and experience new ventures with a friend by my side.
I have three children who make me laugh (most of the time) and are the apples of my eyes.
I love going skiing in the winter. I have a place in the mountains and I try to go there often so if you do not like snow, I am probably not your best catch... This is part one of the retirement location plan sorted... I would like to meet someone for part two so that we can find a place near the sea where we could both enjoy sea and beach based activities most of the year.
I play tennis even though I am not a great player. I like hiking and cycling. I have taken on pétanque at my local club and I really enjoy it. This being said, I like most outdoors activities. I came to the conclusion that it is more about who you do something with rather than what you do that matters... I hardly watch TV - I have given up on this many moons ago.
Like most people I enjoy theatre, movies and getting to know new people and cultures. I have yet to volunteer for a charity (still looking for the right one). I do have a long list of places I would like to visit on short (Europe) and long trips (Asia and Latin America). As with most things in life it is best when shared with the people you love. I hope you will join me on this life journey.
