About her
Naturally curious, I love to laugh. There is certainly a mischievous streak in me. I enjoy all the usual pleasures; watching films (more scandi noir than popcorn movies), long walks in the country, fine dining as well as more casual fare. I love entertaining - having friends to stay for a weekend and cooking for them is one of my greatest pleasures.
I have recently moved to Oxfordshire from West Sussex. Before that I spent 20 years living in West London, working like a demon! I have just taken on a rather big renovation project and am enjoying the inevitable learning curve that comes with listed buildings etc.
I am interested in people and love making new friends as well as keeping in touch with old ones. It is very rare for me to lose a friend. I am a naturally happy and optimistic sort. My glass is definitely half full rather than empty!
On the family front, I've got two children and an aged whippet, who is certainly more indulged than the children! I keep talking about getting chickens...
Recent holidays have included a yoga retreat (my, it was wonderful) and Georgia (as in used to be part of Russia, not the US one); it would be fabulous to have someone special to go with on jaunts.
