About her
I am a mostly happy person, but life with a mobility disability is not always easy. I love to read, listen to music, travel, concerts, the ballet and opera. I love art in it's many forms. I love spending time in museums and stately homes, anything from stunning architecture to gardens.
But my first loves are aviation and space. I love Top Gun for the planes, not for Tom Cruise! I was very lucky growing up because I got to be around planes all the time. Come to my house and you will see everything from a model of the Space Shuttle to a Stealth Bomber!
My interests are varied, I like to think of myself as multifaceted. I have been able to have the job of my dreams, and a few others along the way. Life has not always been easy, but there is always a silver lining to the dark storm clouds.
