About her
My family describe me as caring and my friends describe me as generous. I like to think that I am living life to its full potential following my divorce.
After a career in radiography, I became a mum and am now a professional caterer, having done a City and Guilds certificate. I'm mostly retired, but like keeping my hand in and doing private parties and family celebrations.
I live in a National Park and enjoy nothing better than taking my dog out for long walks, or going fly fishing. I like visiting the theatre and going out for dinner.
I spend a lot of time listening to music, everything from the classics to sixties hits. I'm not a big follower of politics; I'd much rather immerse myself in history, whether that's a good historical novel or a trip to a National Trust property.
I am very family orientated. I have one daughter and a granddaughter and I enjoy spending a lot of time with them, whether that's having them as guests in my home or going on days out or holidays with them.

While I make the most out of my retirement and enjoy a lot of activities, I would very much like someone to share these with - whether that's going out for dinner, having days out or even going on holiday.
Romance would be great, but friends first is essential.
My family means a lot to me so I would need someone who would feel comfortable spending time with them too. Being a dog lover as well is going to be a major factor for me, as I'm a dog owner and that forms a large part of my life.
