I am a passionate conservationist, animal lover and science junkie. Love gardening, enjoy reading history. Covid has been very isolating and I long for wide-ranging conversation again. My life has been overturned by the Brexit vote as I love to travel in Europe and wish to remain a European citizen. I am still hoping to retire in Europe. I would love to meet a special person to share new experiences, concerts, eating out, travel and the arts. I don't have children so I am a free agent and would like to retire soon to spend more time travelling, especially in Europe. I've travelled widely, US, Europe, Far East and Antarctica (life-changing lasting impressions). I'd enjoy a cruise but not on a 'sea monster' more a voyage up the Norwegian coast or ancient cities of the Med. I still work (WFH thanks to covid) but need an excuse to retire!

Well travelled, would prefer to share new experiences rather than do them alone. A Europhile, like me, and interested in politics (and voted against Brexit). A concert goer and music lover, someone who enjoys simple meals well prepared and shared with friends - preferably in the open air in France!
