About her
I am a retired French Canadian business woman who has lived in the UK for the last 15 years. My first career was a Physical Education teacher. Continuing my education I became a Broker and ran my own business which included property management, plus sales and marketing of new homes.
As a Trustee of a Charity that offers information, guidance and counselling to children and young adults I embrace the particular responsibility for their PR and communications. I have for several years organised and run a stall at the Bath Christmas market - which is fun but on occasions can be very cold.
Having recently taken up photography I surprised myself with a win and recognition at my local club. Not only shooting images but am also an active member of both the Bath Photographic Society and the British Photographic Society, contributing to committees and helping organize events... never turn away from challenges.
As a people person.... I love the company of friends and find cooking and entertaining very satisfying. I enjoy being a grandmother and I spoil my family. I get to visit them in Canada 2-3 times a year.
Well travelled with my favourite country having been Egypt... also loved Australia. Look forward to exploring South Africa, Greece and dream of the day I visit Russia.
I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, long country walks, bare feet in the sand; and prefer warm climates. Also enjoy quiet cosy nights at home.

My ideal Match would have a positive attitude, be relaxed and know what he likes and desires. Self confidence is important . Adventure and spontaneity are a plus as well as love to travel and explore. Be willing to share my interests as well as be interested in sharing his.
