About him
I'm am a retired show business Journalist with a wealth of anecdotal stories - I love going to the Cinema, Theatre or concerts (both 'pop' and Classical) but, as stated, it isn't much fun on your own so I rarely bother. I enjoy intelligent conversation on politics and other subjects and I tend to lean to the right where the former is concerned. I have a massive sense of humour which is a little odd due to my lifelong love of 'The Goons' and Spike Milligan. I also like walking, photography and the odd pint in the pub - I read a helluva lot! I'm no Adonis but what I lack in looks and shape I try and make up for in humour and character.

Someone reasonably good looking, inclined towards slimness, likes a good (friendly) argument and loves all types of music! Also someone who quite likes travelling in the UK and abroad and who enjoys junk shops and exploring castles etc! I don't care for extreme political correctness and so have a preference for persons who speak their mind even if they upset others by doing so.
