I think my friends would describe me as a good listener and an empathic person. I am definitely introverted and never have been the heart and soul of a company, though I do enjoy hanging out with friends and sometimes even make new acquaintances :)
I read quite a lot and I am curious to learn about how this world works.
I like travelling and learning about life in other countries, tasting local food, playing local games they don't play back where I live. And still, there's no place like home :)
In my free time (though scarce these days) I play the piano (prefer the classical repertoire, although I'm trying my hand at some bossa-nova and jazz-like pieces) and advanced board games. Once in a while, I like a good movie (my tastes range from Ingmar Bergman films to Woody Allen's to Wes Anderson's) or a comedy (a big fan of Monty Python). Speaking of the active pastime, I love long walks in the country (provided I've got my sneakers on) and play badminton.
