I care about my family and the community. I'm fairly creative and enjoy that whole process (I went to Art School and Drama School). When in doubt, garden.I have some great friends who I've known for years and who I keep in contact with as far as possible. I may be 70 but I don't feel it and would like to find someone who is positive and upbeat about the future. If I have a philosophy it's very simply, 'being the best 'me' I can be', (which is much harder than it sounds!).

For me, for the relationship to work, I would like to find someone who wants to make the relationship work as much as I do, and is prepared to change things in their life so that it does (as will I).I have to be attracted to them physically, but their intellect quickly follows - we have to be able to discuss the arts and culture and explore the ideas behind them. This relationship will require time and effort, and if you don't really have the time, then it won't work, however lovely you are.
