Free - I've been divorced for 6 years, daughters live away so no ties.
Young - Well it's a point of view, I don't feel any different that I did thirty years ago, mentaly at least. There are odd creaks now and again, but I lead a full life and still go out dancing. I run my own catering business, which involves working weekends and smelling like a bonfire. I don't take any formal excersize but I walk everywhere.
