About her
I think I'm good fun. I'm prone to chattiness but I also like silence and my own company. I'm not desperately seeking but some company now and then would be nice, especially for cinema trips or dinners out.
I’m a bit nerdy - I love testing the little grey cells - well you use it or lose it, as the saying goes. You’d have to put up with me watching University Challenge or Mastermind, decent period dramas etc but I also like less farty stuff. I think I have a good sense of humour - one of my professors at Uni said (in my first bloody job reference, no less) that my “sense of humour, while not up everyone’s taste, is an asset” and I think that’s true.
I’m equally introvert and extrovert, although I think living in the middle of nowhere has made me slightly more misanthropic of late. I dread unexpected visitors - mainly because it’s very likely I’ll be in a state of undress or have crazy hair!!! I can scrub up well though when required and given enough notice. .
I do have a dependant in the shape of a small, black sausage. She’s very spoilt and can be loquacious but she’s also incredibly funny and completely adorable. Non dog-lovers needn’t apply as it’s unlikely I’d like anyone who doesn’t like dogs.

I speak French and Italian (both a little rusty from lack of use)

I’m incredibly observant (ok, critical) of manners and I just cannot abide poor manners, either at the table or anywhere else for that matter.

I can be spontaneous but I prefer to plan events so that I can take certain things into consideration (eg comfort, distance etc.) and obvs I have my little black bestie to consider!

My ideal match would be Intelligent, educated, handsome and (ideally) someone obscenely rich with a weak heart who is desperately seeking a chatty, funny, pretty but slightly chubby girl to wine and dine (well, dine at least - I’m not much of a drinker) and spoil rotten with flowers, presents and trips to Italy and France.
