About her
I have a fairly enjoyable life at the moment, but am ready for some changes.
I'm caring and loyal to people close to me. A good listener. But enjoy talking too, and learning about new things and ideas from people. Tend to be introverted, preferring couples or small groups, but can also exhibit a more extroverted side when I'm in company where I can relax.
I would say that I'm "different" to most people. I don't do most things that are considered mainstream. Don't do social media! If you're a bit different too, perhaps have an odd sense of humour, a little eccentric even, then there's a good chance we'll get along.
I'm a bit of a contradiction - I enjoy my femininity and feminine dressing, but am also happy in a pair of walking boots and walking gear even in the rain! I can be fairly opinionated on some things, but quite liberal and easy going on others.
I would say that I'm at my happiest out in the countryside, enjoying all that nature has to offer, enjoying a good long walk followed by some pottering around antique shops/junk shops! But can be equally happy enjoying the hustle and bustle of the city.
My walking during the last few years has been in the UK; my favourite area being Cornwall. The coastal walking is certainly exhilarating but I also enjoy exploring the hidden river creeks and lesser known areas. Other interests are history, reading, cooking (when I have someone to cook for! my food tends to be on a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern theme), occasional star gazing, relaxing/meditation.
I only work 4 days a week so that gives me a fair amount of time to myself and I'd now like to meet someone to spend some time with.
Ideally I'm looking for a relationship on all levels - a friend, lover, companion. I don't expect it all to happen all at once - let's see how it goes, but just to let you know this is what I aspire to.

Looking for someone independent and confident in themselves. There needs to be some attraction and chemistry, as well as getting along. Also I don't want anyone who is very needy - I'm not like that myself.
I like to learn something from my long term partners, through discussion and discovery. Openness and honesty are very important.
