Easy going, don't take myself too seriously, merely enjoy each day, the pleasures it brings and always have a smile.
Have a love of the Lake District, walking its mountains and paths whatever the weather.
Traveling Europe does delight for its wide range of culture, entertainment and, usually, better weather. Italy is a favourite to which end I am learning Italian - sono ottimista - I am optimistic.
Ballet, opera, orchestral works and theatre I make my way to often, whether that be local or, my favourite, in London. I will be in Verona, this coming June, for Puccini's Turandot. What could be better than Italy and opera?
Have a small business developing software which helps afford the things that delight.
My holidays are usually active, taking in walking or cycling or swimming or visiting cities and towns for their architecture, their museums, galleries, et cetera. Not one for lying around on a beach albeit I do adore the sun, having grown up in southern Africa.
Always open to anything and everything - life is forever a learning.
