About him
I'm a keen walker and a bit of a geek.
At weekends I love to explore the Yorkshire moors and dales and enjoy the great views, wander over to some of the more touristy places for a fun experiences, jump into a good book or play a game of something with friends to relax.
I read history at university and I still love to learn more about the past. As I see it, history is a collection of the most unbelievable, impossible and hilarious stories that actually happened.
A big fan of snuggling up in an evening and watching some TV or a film, and waffling about something silly.
I am possibly the world champion of hot chocolate making (as well as a hyperbole addict). But who doesn't love good quality chocolate and with home made vanilla whipped cream.
I'm not sure i trust my butter fingers with a culinary blowtorch, but I'm very tempted just to take the hot chocolate to the next level!
I've started making my own cheese at home. I'm not sure I'm good at it, but people have enjoyed the halloumi and I think the feta turned out very well. I'm planning on progressing onto hard cheeses soon which may prove to be my undoing, but I can't wait to find out.
