About him
I am a caring, loving, romantic single man, maybe a little quiet (at first!). I am a technology junkie! I am a retired chemist and I.T. manager and still have a strong interest in those fields. I enjoy music of many genres, especially classical, having grown up in a musical home. For the last several years I have cared for my mother who recently died age almost 98. This has left my life very empty. Having always lived at home, before caring for mother took more of my time, I enjoyed gardening and maintaining our home and am hoping to increasingly spend time in that area. Although I have been to America (Oregon) I have never really enjoyed long-distance travel, a trait I probably inherited from father! I enjoy relaxing in front of a good, usually older, classic, movie, listening to music and browsing social media and computing in general.
