Kind, caring, and intellectually curious person who likes to dig beneath the surface. Loves playing the piano - anyone up for duets or singing - and writing books. Don't like TV (last watched it about 10 years ago!) and prefer creating my own entertainment whether this is musical or starting a new and exciting project or writing an article.
Love teaching and researching with the first involved in developing people's potential to the maximum and the second in organising information in an interesting way and shedding new light on a topic. So, am an interesting mix of the logical and deep feeling and love to make friends feel welcome.

Am a home-loving person who would suit someone with a similar character to that above. Youthful in spirit and fit and loving and sensitive. Has one son of 20 who is at University and an affectionate, endearing ginger cat. I am definitely Europhile (first degree in French language and literature and have read more French poems and novels than English) but not pro Eu institutions!
