It is with much pleasure that I write about my good friend Elvira whom I have known for about a decade. We met through a mutual interest in yoga and yoga in fact is much of what she is about. She is very fit and my most vivid visual memories of her are of her swimming in a freezing winter sea with her son, Leon, and rollerblading along the promenade, likewise with Leon. She has the healthiest diet of anyone I know and a visit to her house invariably results in the production of some little vegetarian delicacy or beautiful nutritious drink. An aura of calm always pervades her home, enhanced by the smells of aromatic oils and the sounds of relaxing music. Pure delight!
Russian by birth and upbringing, she is now a British citizen, widowed from a British husband. Her looks are classic Russian and she is outstandingly beautiful. This beauty in part stems from a generous and caring personality. Her only son, Leon, is quite profoundly autistic and she virtually devotes the whole of her life to his care and well being. Her friends regard her as an angel.

I was immediately attracted to Elvira because she looked elegant, different and most beautiful. It turned out that my impression was confirmed with her warmth and radiance highlighting her attractiveness even more. She is generous and caring. I am glad I met her and her son.
