My friends say that I am 'classic', humorous and intelligent. They also describe me as adventurous, strong and resilient.
I love skiing, sailing - whenever I can which is often only on holiday - cycling and dog walking. The gym is a big hobby - I need to run and swim.
I love literature and am in two book clubs. I adore the theatre - but not musicals - any drama from the Greeks, through Shakespeare to the latest West End hit. Likewise I love the cinema - thrillers, action, foreign, independent - but not rom-coms!
I appreciate the fine things in life - clothes, antiques, comfort, a roaring fire, good food and wine.
I am vegetarian and enjoy cooking 'hearty' food.
My musical taste is very catholic. I sing in a choral choir, but at home listen to 'Indie' and hip-hop.
