I am a friendly,easy going female with a close and loving family but open to new possibilities. My background is in teaching and counselling but I love all the Arts: Theatre, cinema,concerts etc. I love the buzz of a city but I'm equally happy wandering in the Peaks.
I love Europe and have spent a lot of time in France and Italy so you can guess what my favourite food is. For relaxation I like to read, listen to music ,watch a good detective series and spend time with my family.
My Outlook on life depends on the state of the world and my finances but is usually optimistic. I am very Centre Left...your typical Guardian reader who despairs at extremism and intolerance.

I am open to anyone who's kind, tolerant,celebrates diversity and lives in the moment. I am happy to share my time and life but don't want to give up my independence . Friendship , companionship at first and we 'll see where it goes from there. It would be lovely to look forward to seeing a show with someone or just a glass of wine . It would lovely to go for walks and just look forward to meeting someone new.
