Friends would (I like to think....), say I am outgoing, engaging, witty, and a bit of a boffin when required, but perhaps more importantly, loyal, honest and a rock in times of trouble. Several female friends have rated me ten out of ten in how I treat women....but you’ll be making up your own mind...
I have a wide range of interests, and enjoy most of the obvious things. I like and respect women as equals but happily not identicals! I like fixing or improving things, be that in the business world, on the bike or in the house. In women I dislike congential impatience or any controlling ambitions....and in men I could sum it by saying I dislike any Trump-like characteristics. Having been raised to respect women, I have zero tolerance for men who mistreat women, and have on occasion acted upon that conviction.
My principal leisure sport over the past decade or two has been cycling, on and off road but not on the same bikes (I confess, too many), which I took up after an early career as a competitive athlete. I have always stayed physically active, and ski, hike, and sail. I like to read fiction and fact, and now my slightly detuned business interests include Neuroform, which is about rethinking our understanding of the brain in business, and in a more philanthropic vein offer training on dementia for healthcare professionals.
My outlook on life is very positive, I believe in making things happen, I expect mutual integrity in my dealings with people, and am delighted to see my children changing the world for the better.

Wow, the easy ones first. Aside from being attractive and positive, I guess openness, and a balance of independence and togetherness, a sense of fun and humour. She will be looking for an eventual serious relationship, someone to parther with, be a soulmate if that can be achieved. Honesty, communication and relaxed nature are all important. Professional probably, though not necessarily. Comfortable with herself, she will not be allowing past baggage to unduly influence her future, and though she may listen to friends and family, she will ultimately trust her own head and heart. I would share any common interest but be happy/expect her to have her own too. Dishonesty, congenital impatience, drugs, or being a Trump fan would all be dealbreakers.... Fabulously wealthy would be ok, but not required....
