I love the outdoors, walking, swimming and cycling in beautiful places. I find it hard to pass a stream or loch without leaping in, regardless of the dark, cold depths beneath. Reading and music are fundamentaI. I enjoy being challenged and friendly competition is fun. Fortunately I win and lose with grace ( and repressed fury). I am energetic, loyal, hardworking and free spirited. I came across an Ezra Pound poem at the age of 15 " The Plunge." Almost 50 years later it still resonates. I have worked and lived in a number of countries and love adventures in the sun and the rain actually (afterthought). I value my independence and at the same time I am committed, fiercely loyal and monogamous. There are no mistakes just opportunities to learn, or so I repeatedly tell myself and it's beginning to feel like truth.
