I'm a young at heart 47 year old who loves living life to the full. I stay fit in the gym and on the bike, as well as a couple of yoga sessions a week. I live with my Labrador and terrier (who runs the house). Have had some amazing adventures over the last few years, climbing Mont Blanc, trekking to Everest Base Camp, exploring what Cape Town has to offer, and taking in the stunning Rockies and Vancouver Island.
